Dipton Trail Ride
DIPTON TRAIL BIKE RIDE
(All proceeds go to the Dipton School Board of Trustees)
⇒ Consists of 2 x 30-40 km loops, with some challenging sections.
⇒ Suitable for Dirtbikes and Quads. NO SIDE BY SIDE'S ALLOWED.
⇒ No registration or warrant of fitness is required.
WHERE: Just east of 106 Spiritburn Road, Dipton. Follow the signs.
WHEN: Saturday 2nd April 2022
TIME: Sign in opens at 8:30am. Registration closes at 12 noon. FIRST RIDERS LEAVE AT 9:00am. LAST RIDERS LEAVE AT 3:00pm.
BIKES: No scrutineering. It is up to the rider to ensure their bike is in safe mechanical riding order, with good brakes and tyres.
HELMETS/FOOTWEAR: Helmets are compulsory for all riders. These need to be checked at the registration desk. Sturdy boots to be worn (No gumboots or gym shoes).
FUEL: Bring your own fuel. Refuelling must be done in the car park.
FOOD: There will be no food sold, at the venue, on the day. Riders please bring you own food and drink. There is a dairy in the Dipton township, 1.5 kms away.

# Riders 15 years & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the ride.
# Each rider must complete a separate registration form.
# Each rider must come to the registration tent with their confirmation email, vaccine passport and helmet.
# You must abide by all covid rules under the red light system.
# On the off chance that this event is cancelled, for whatever reason, you will be reimbursed in full. A message will be put up on our Facebook page.

VACCINATION PASS COVID PLAN- RED SETTING
- 5 Access points to carparks to minimise numbers through various access points.
- Carpark bubbles are set up to have a maximum of 100 riders per bubble.
- Individual coloured stickers to be provided to each carpark bubble, these will be displayed on riders' helmets.
- Each carpark will have its own COVID QR CODE displayed for scanning in on entry.
- COVID compliance volunteers at each colour bubble to issue stickers, sight vaccination passports and make sure QR codes have been scanned at registration.
- 2 metre social distance protocols to be in place in carparking bubbles as crews arrive and set up.
- Riders will be advised in all correspondence that they need to keep to their own bubbles and not visit other bubbles. COVID compliance volunteers to monitor.
- NO spectators allowed. Only registered riders (as we have limited spaces). Anyone who isn’t registered will be asked to leave. Along with anyone who cannot produce a vaccination passport.
- All registrations and payments will be made online in the required timeframe before the event.
- The wearing of face masks, wherever practical and possible, should be practiced by officials.
- Masks to be worn at sign in and helmet check and 2 metre social distancing protocols to be in place.
- Toilets- each bubble will have 2 toilets for riders.
- First aid- Medical First Responders will be available on course. IF FOR ANY REASON 111 IS TO BE CALLED, GIVE THE NORMAL INFORMATION AND PLEASE ADD ON THAT YOU ARE AT THE DIPTON TRAIL RIDE.
- No food stalls - riders are to bring their own food and drinks. No alcohol allowed.
